Our company is the first company in China to use the pregelatinized secondary high-temperature & high-pressure synthesis technology. The xonotlite products obtained by using the 400 degrees centigrade,2.7MPa synthetic steam have the characteristics of high heat resistance and flexural strength. The highest heat resistance temperature is up to 1100 degrees centigrade, raising 100 degrees centigrade than the same calcium silicate products which synthesized by using saturated steam of 220 degrees centigrade,2.2 MPa pressure in the domestic. The maximum flexural strength is up to 0.7MPa, raising 0.3 MPa than the average level. Our product concept is not only can save energy, but also can protect the thermal equipments to extend their useful lives and improve the process.In the practical application, due to high heat resistance, the materials are ensured that will not deformed, shrinkage or chalking by long-time thermal erosion. They, at high temperatures, also play supporting roles on the refractory castable materials and fire-resistant wall, due to the high strength, and protect the equipments to make them last longer.
